The story behind the name
A haven. A stone. A promise.
Havenstone was built on a simple belief: that families navigating the world of aging parents deserve both a safe place to catch their breath and a rock-solid foundation to lean on.
Why Havenstone
The name says everything.
When I chose the name Havenstone, I chose it deliberately. A haven is a place of safety — somewhere a family can exhale, even briefly, in the middle of an overwhelming situation. A stone is something immovable, dependable, something you can lean on when everything else feels uncertain.
That is exactly what I do. I step into the administrative, medical, and coordination chaos that surrounds aging — and I carry it. So that families can stop managing logistics and start being present with the people they love.
I founded Havenstone as a solo practice because I believe that the families I serve deserve one consistent, trusted person — not a rotating cast of case managers or a corporate intake process. When you work with Havenstone, you work with me.
I handle the chaos so you can focus on being a family again.
Promise one
I provide above and beyond the expectation. Always.
Families who come to Havenstone are often exhausted, overwhelmed, and have already been let down by systems that promised more than they delivered. My commitment is simple: I will always do more than you expect, and I will never stop until your family has what it needs.
Promise two
Choosing Havenstone will increase your horizons.
Most families come to me unsure of what is even possible. They leave with a clarity, a calm, and a sense of possibility they did not know they could have. I do not just solve problems. I open doors to a quality of life — and a quality of family time — that families did not know was within reach.
My approach
Discretion. Expertise. Unwavering advocacy.
Radical Discretion
The families I serve value their privacy above all. Every engagement is handled with the confidentiality of a trusted advisor. I do not discuss my clients, and I never will.
Genuine Expertise
I bring deep knowledge of elder care systems, medical coordination, and family dynamics to every client relationship. I know what questions to ask, what to watch for, and when to escalate.
Unconditional Advocacy
I work exclusively for my clients — never for care facilities, agencies, or referral networks. My only loyalty is to the families I serve and the loved ones in my care.
Background
Experience you can trust.
My background spans senior care coordination, family advocacy, and private client services. I have worked alongside physicians, elder law attorneys, estate planners, and care teams to navigate some of the most complex situations families face. I bring that experience — and a deep personal commitment — to every client relationship.
